√ The possibility of promotion.
* For NON-EU
√ Work contract for 1 year. with the possibility of an extension (pension and soc.);
√ The ability to apply and if you are not in Malta
√ Preparation of Work and Residence Permit - the Republic of Malta ID for 1 year with the possibility of an extension.
CONDITIONS:
The selected individuals would be expected to:
☆ Create and alter project sketches and plans
☆ Continuously collaborate with project managers and the planning department
☆ Manage and organise CAD drawings, site plans and renderings
☆ Printing and preparation of CAD drawings in various formats and packages. Timely delivery of such drawings to the relative contact.
Applicants would be required to possess:
☆ Outstanding skills and capability in AutoCAD
☆ Fluency in reading and interpreting building plans
☆ Excellent communication skills, including listening, understanding and revert with competent feedback
☆ 3D modelling skills will be considered as an asset
* All passports (NON EU - EU)
