√ Work contract for 1 year. with the possibility of an extension (pension and soc.);
√ The ability to apply and if you are not in Malta
√ Preparation of Work and Residence Permit - the Republic of Malta ID for 1 year with the possibility of an extension.

 CONDITIONS:
The responsibility would include:
☆ Construction planning at various stages, especially concrete shuttering and concrete laying
☆ Liaising with the various teams to ensure continuity
☆ Supervise works, manage risks and mitigate unforeseen situations as they arise
☆ Ensure Safety and Standards at all times.
☆ It must already be based (living) on Gozo
☆ Possession of an ID (work and residence permit of the Republic of Malta) or "Blue Paper" will be considered an advantage.

You would be expected to:
☆ Possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills
☆ Be fluent in reading and interpreting building plans
☆ Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, in both Maltese and English
☆ Possess Driving Licence C or equivalent
☆ Capability to operate a tower crane will be considered an asset.
